MecaMatUpgrader Advanced is an add-on that automatically enhances materials on models imported via Mecabricks Advanced. With a single click, it replaces default shaders with highly detailed materials designed to mimic physical LEGO bricks and the textures seen in official LEGO movies. The tool includes adjustable parameters to dial in the amount of surface wear, ranging from completely clean and polished bricks to those with heavier natural imperfections.

The add-on requires unmodified Mecabricks Advanced imports to function correctly, meaning materials cannot be renamed and node setups or scale cannot be altered prior to upgrading. It is not compatible with the Mecabricks Lite version. Users should note that enabling more imperfection sliders will significantly increase render times due to the complexity of the upgraded shaders.
