This Geometry Nodes setup provides a method for parenting objects directly to moving instances within a simulation. Standard object parenting in Blender relies on origin points, which prevents direct attachment to instanced geometry or point clouds. This tool resolves the limitation by constraining a three-vertex triangle to a simulated point, allowing you to parent an Empty to complex physics simulations.
Once the Empty is constrained, you can attach child objects like cameras for POV shots, lights, or particle effects directly to the moving instance. The system synchronizes location, rotation, and scale in real-time. It supports standard instances, realized meshes, and raw point clouds using a purely node-based workflow.
