HUDinator is an add-on designed for creating complex sci-fi HUD (heads-up display) panels and user interfaces directly within Blender. The tool includes a library of over 140 elements, categorizing them into procedural components and decorative decals. The core functionality relies on 60 Geometry Nodes-based elements, each featuring a dedicated settings panel divided into shape, material, and transform parameters for localized editing and animation. The remaining 83 items are basic decals meant for adding additional surface details.
The add-on provides an integrated material management workflow, allowing users to apply global edits to linked materials or isolate them to individual objects. Duplicated elements retain shared properties by default but can be made unique or replaced entirely with custom materials. The generated geometries and materials are fully compatible with both the EEVEE and Cycles render engines.
