Topology (Mesh Structure): This model was built solely for visual fidelity (photorealistic images) and was not optimized for real-time applications (like games) or close-up mesh work. The topology of certain parts is not clean or focused on perfect quad-flow as it was not a priority.
UVs & Textures: The model is UV unwrapped and includes base materials. You are purchasing the model geometry and setup, not proprietary external textures.
Third-Party IP (Trademark Disclaimer): The model includes trademarks and branding (e.g., Fantic logos). The Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions or licenses from the trademark/copyright holders for any commercial use of projects containing these visible brand elements.

3D Models PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT (Single-User License)

This is a legal agreement between you, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the CUSTOMER), and Radoslav Sedliak - Fogafo. By purchasing this 3D model, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

THE CUSTOMER MAY: (Allowed Uses)

Use this product in any type of personal or commercial project, including but not limited to: renders, presentations, advertising, films, animations, and video games (where the model is securely embedded). Modify the original product for their own use.The purchased license is non-transferable and for a single user/seat only.

THE CUSTOMER MAY NOT: (Prohibited Uses)

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product or any modified parts of the product as a standalone file or as part of any asset pack. Use the product in projects (such as online viewers, 3D printers, or public repositories) that allow the end-user to extract or download the raw 3D model data. Claim ownership of the original 3D model.

The original 3D model will always remain the intellectual property of Radoslav Sedliak - Fogafo. Trademark Disclaimer: The 3D model may contain third-party copyrights and/or trademarks (e.g., Fantic MX). The Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions or licenses from the trademark/copyright holders for any commercial use of projects containing these elements.

Limitation of Liability: Radoslav Sedliak - Fogafo is not liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. The Customer's sole recourse shall be repair or replacement of the product, never to exceed the purchase price.
