Crime Scene Assets Pack

A collection of 71 mid-poly 3D models designed for building crime scene environments. The assets feature PBR materials using the standard metallic-roughness workflow and include optimized UV mapping.

The pack provides texture maps for various rendering pipelines, including base color, ambient occlusion, metallic, roughness, specular, height, and both DirectX and OpenGL normal maps, along with opacity and emission maps where applicable. Files are provided in BLEND and FBX formats, supplemented by multi-channel textures like ARM, Smoothness URP, and MaskMap HDRP for specific game engine integrations.
