SKkeeper automates the process of collapsing modifiers on meshes with shapekeys while preserving the shapekeys. It handles driver transfers and variable retargeting for shapekeys.

The tool provides operators to apply all modifiers, apply only the top subdivision modifier, or select specific modifiers to apply from a popup menu. Operators can process multiple selected objects sequentially and function on meshes without shapekeys.
